Can I cancel my subscription after it has been billed?Updated a month ago
Subscription plans can be cancelled at anytime. However, as soon as your order has been processed and charged, you cannot cancel that order.
Because your order has already been processed and is on its way, we aren't able to stop it for you. The quickest solution is to simply return the product for a full refund as soon as it arrives.
To avoid being billed for your next order, please cancel or skip your subscription at least 1 day before your next billing date. You can do this quickly and easily through your customer portal on our website.
