Can I cancel my subscription after it has been billed?Updated 6 days ago
Subscription plans can be cancelled at anytime. However, as soon as your order has been processed and charged, you have until 12pm the same day to request a cancelation. This is not automatic and needs to be confirmed by our support team.
It is important to note, that cancelling a subscription order, is not a confirmation that your subscription plan was cancelled. To cancel your subscription plan you must log into your account here to complete the cancellation.
To avoid being billed for your next order, please cancel or skip your subscription at least 1 day before your next billing date.
