How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
2. Enter your email address as requested.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
4. Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
5. Look for the orange "Cancel" button and select it.
6. Provide a reason for canceling your subscription.
7. Click the final "Cancel" button to confirm.
8. That’s it! Your subscription has been canceled. 

If you ever decide to restart your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account.
