How do I pause my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

Follow these steps to pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
2. Enter your email address as requested.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
4. Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
5. Look for the orange "Pause" button, click it, and then confirm by selecting "Pause" again.
6. That’s it! Your subscription is now paused. 

If you ever want to resume your subscription, simply log back in and select the "Resume" button.
