How do I pause my subscription?Updated a month ago
Follow these steps to pause your subscription:
- Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
- Enter your email address as requested.
- Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
- Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
- Look for the orange "Pause" button, click it, and then confirm by selecting "Pause" again.
- That’s it! Your subscription is now paused.
If you ever want to resume your subscription, simply log back in and select the "Resume" button.
