How do I redeem my points?Updated a month ago

Follow these steps to redeem your reward points for discounts:

1. Visit the Neuaura home page and In the menu tab, go to "Account then Rewards programme" Or log in here: Rewards Portal
2. Enter your email address and go to your emails. (please give a few minutes for this to arrive in your inbox and also check your spam)
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code and enter it in the required box.
4. Return to the Neuaura home page by clicking the Neuaura logo at the top of the page.
5. Look for the present icon at the bottom left of the page and click it.
6. Click "Redeem Points"—this will generate a discount code to use at checkout.
7. You can view your discount code at any time in the "My Rewards" section within the same menu.
