You can start your return here.
We now use QR codes for returns so there is no need to print anything out. Once you start your return process, you can take your returns along with your QR code to a local EVRi courier!
From there, just:
Enter your order number and email address
Select the item(s) you'd like to return
Follow the steps and submit your request
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive:
The correct returns address
Full shipping instructions to ensure your return is accepted

To make sure we can process your refund smoothly include your full name, email, and postal address inside the box. We recommend using tracked and signed delivery.
