Do I have to pay for return shipping?
There is a flat rate of £5 which gets deducted from the final refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact [email protected] if this in the case.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes quality control, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
