What is your 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase – and supported every step of the way. If you’re not 100% happy with your product, you can request a refund or exchange within 90 days from the date of purchase.

How it works:

  • Refunds are issued minus any shipping/handling fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties

  • You don’t need to return the product for the Money-Back Guarantee if it's your first single-item order (UK only – see below for more info)


📨 How do I return?

You can use our self-service returns centre here: https://neuaura.aftership.com/returns

  1. Enter your order number and email address to get started

  2. Follow the steps to select the items you’d like to return

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions

✅ Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have taken the supplement consistently for at least 28 days to give it time to work as intended

  • Your order must fall within the 90-day window from purchase

  • Our Money-Back Guarantee covers your first single-product purchase in the UK only

Unfortunately, bundles, international orders, and repeat purchases aren’t eligible for the MBG – but we’ll always do our best to support you with options 💛


🔁 Can the items be exchanged?

Yes! You’re welcome to exchange unopened items. Once we’ve received your return and inspected it, your replacement will be on the way.


💳 What are the refund options?

We can refund to:

  • Your original payment method

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refunds usually take up to 10 business days once your return has been received and approved by our team.


📦 How do I ship back unopened items?

You’ll find all return instructions in the confirmation email once your return is approved. Please ensure:

  • Items are sealed and in original packaging

  • You use tracked and signed delivery – we’re not liable for lost parcels
