What is your 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, you can request a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase.

How It Works:

  • Refunds will be issued minus any shipping/handling fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns centre for the self service returns
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • If you have any issues please email [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have taken the supplement consistently for at least 28 days to allow time for it to work as intended.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes, we allow the exchange of purchased items. Once the exchange request is approved, and the original item returned to us, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen goods, so we recommend using our returns portal as this means items are tracked and recorded delivery for returns.
  • Refunds take approximately 10 business days to process once that have arrived back with us and the quality control team have inspected them.
