How do I view my rewards points?Updated 2 months ago

Follow these steps to check your reward points:

1. Visit the Neuaura home page and In the menu tab, go to "Account then Rewards programme" Or log in here: Rewards Portal
2. Enter your email address and go to your emails. (please give a few minutes for this to arrive in your inbox and also check your spam)
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code, then enter it in the required box.
4. Return to the Neuaura home page by clicking the Neuaura logo at the top of the page.
5. Look for the present icon at the bottom left corner of the page and click it.
6. Here, you can view your earned points, how to redeem them, available rewards, and more.
