How do skip a month on my subscription?Updated a month ago

Follow these steps to skip a month or multiple months of your subscription:

  1. Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
  2. Enter your email address as requested.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
  4. Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
  5. Under the "Billing Schedule" section, you’ll see your current payment and delivery dates.
  6. On the right-hand side, click the "Skip Payment" button to skip that month's payment.
  7. Your skipped month will now be displayed, and you will not be charged for that period.
  8. That’s it! Your subscription has been successfully updated.
