How do skip a month on my subscription?Updated 2 months ago
Follow these steps to skip a month or multiple months of your subscription:
- Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
- Enter your email address as requested.
- Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
- Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
- Under the "Billing Schedule" section, you’ll see your current payment and delivery dates.
- On the right-hand side, click the "Skip Payment" button to skip that month's payment.
- Your skipped month will now be displayed, and you will not be charged for that period.
- That’s it! Your subscription has been successfully updated.
