How to change the products in my subscription?Updated a month ago
Follow these steps to update your subscription:
- Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
- Enter your email address as requested.
- Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
- Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
- Under the "Item" section, you’ll see your current product. To change it, click the "Edit" button on the right-hand side.
- Select the new product you’d like to switch to.
- Save your changes, and you’re all set!
