How to update my payment details?Updated 2 months ago

Follow these steps to update your payment details:

1. Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
2. Enter your email address as requested.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions.
4. Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
5. Under the "Payment Method" section, you’ll see your current card details. Click the "Edit" button on the right-hand side. This will send you an email with a secure link to update your payment information.
6. Check your inbox for an email with the link labeled "View Payment Information", then click it.
7. In the Credit Card section, click "Change".
8. Enter your new card details and update your billing address if needed.
9. Click the "Update Card" button.
10. That’s it! Your payment information has been updated successfully.
