How to update my shipping address?Updated a month ago
Follow these steps to update your shipping address:
- Log in to your subscription account here: Subscription Portal
- Enter your email address as requested.
- Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to "View Subscriptions". Click the link to manage your subscriptions. (Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.)
- Select your visible subscription #number to access your dashboard.
- Locate the shipping section and click the "Edit" button.
- Enter your new address details and select "Save".
- Double-check that the new address has been updated and is showing correctly on your screen.
- That’s it, your shipping address is now updated!
Important:
Shipping address changes must be made before your next subscription payment is processed. If your order has already been billed and processed for the month, you will not be able to change the address for that shipment.
